What I Offer: 1-on-1 Coaching
Less Miles. More Durability. Better Results.
Personalized 1-on-1 Ultra Coaching for Runners Over 40
I offer fully personalized 1-on-1 coaching built around your life, current fitness level, injury history, and goals. No cookie-cutter plans.
My focus is practical, age-smart strength + mobility training that helps runners over 40 stay strong, durable, and injury-resistant for years to come. You’ll get real-world race strategy, smart pacing, effective fueling, mental resilience tools, and the exact blueprint you need to finish your first 50K (or longer ultras) feeling strong and confident.
Whether you’re training for your first ultra or chasing bigger goals like a 100K or 100-miler, I’ll help you train smarter and recover better — just like I do for myself at 61.

TrainingPeaks delivery + race-day execution plan
FMasters First 50K Training Plan – $167
An 18-week plan built specifically for runners 40+ preparing for their first 50K.
Most training plans are written for younger athletes or recycled marathon plans with a few extra miles added on. This one is different. It’s designed around the realities of masters athletes — recovery needs, durability, and the specific demands of a 50K.
What’s Included:
Full 18-week training plan focused on your first 50K (9-hour cutoff)
3 running days + 1 dedicated power hiking day each week
Complete lower body strength training for durability and injury resilience
Two upper body options:
Longevity Track – joint-friendly strength and healthy aging
Hypertrophy (“Jacked”) Track – build and maintain muscle
Structured so strength work supports your running instead of interfering with it
This plan prioritizes:
Durability over junk miles
Power hiking strength for climbs and late-race fatigue
Smart recovery so you stay healthy through the build
Minimum Requirements to Start:
You can currently run/hike comfortably for at least 90 minutes
Running 3–4 days per week
Weekly volume of roughly 3.5–4.5 hours
Healthy with no current injuries
If you’re slightly below these levels, a short Bridge phase is included to help you build up safely.
This is not a high-mileage plan. It’s a smart, durable approach designed to get masters athletes to the start line healthy — and to the finish line strong.

Masters Runner Full-Body Strength Plan
Masters Runner Full-Body Strength Plan – $97
This strength program is built specifically for masters runners (40+) who want to stay durable, reduce injury risk, and maintain strength as they age.
Lower Body Focus Sessions prioritize running durability and prehab. Exercises target the hips, glutes, single-leg strength, and supporting muscles that take the most stress during long runs and ultras. The goal is stronger, more resilient legs that handle volume better and recover faster.
Upper Body Options Two tracks available:
Longevity Track – Joint-friendly strength, posture, and functional capacity for healthy aging
Hypertrophy Track – Moderate volume focused on building and maintaining muscle mass
How to Use This Plan Complete 1–2 sessions per week depending on your running load. Strength work is designed to support your running — never interfere with it.
Built for masters athletes who want to stay strong, resilient, and running longer.
